at everybody, hello!
We are a small firm in textile production and have 14001 certification which is necessary for our markets in europe. But we have done everything now what we could possibly do for environment, still we have to improve continuously. What strategy would you suggest for us?

No one ever has done everything. Look at the situation closely and especially look for blind spots. Everyone has blind spots, believe me!
And one favourite: Technology is coming up with loads of innovations for less power and material consumption, also in textile industry. So there might be a starting point for further CIP.

@ merve, I totally agree, we also had the blind spots problem! We really thought having come to the point where everything was done, then found out by coincidence that packaging helpers to avoid corrosion during sea travel of our steel goods were aggressive chemicals - and that there are completely harmless alternatives with the same effects.
Sure you might find some blind spots, too
