It's awful indeed and it's even worse, as in our case, we are literally stuck in bureaucracy and we will go nuts if the EMS guy doesn't take immediate action. Must say that EMS is linked to Quality and Safety in our case, so it's not just an EMS issue. Thomas

I am strongly convinced that it's the auditors who force their clients to have bureaucratic systems. They always focus documentation, but our ongoing investments to fight environmental impact are just not considered. That is a development into the wrong direction!
